Sartoria Salabianca (Mr. Hojun Choi) is a Florence based tailor. Hojun Choi spent over 8 years working as a cutter and senior apprentice at Francesco Guida and Liverano et Liverano, legendary Florentine tailors. Recently He embarked on his own journey and established Sartoria Salabianca, young in age, but reputable among sartorial crowds.
His work remains influenced by Florentine Cut which is represented by open quarter, no side darts, curved gorgeline. One of the most distinguished characteristics of jacket is the construction, using only canvas without domette or padding. They are more difficult and required skills to make than ordinary jackets but the result is a soft and beautiful jacket with sloped shoulders.
His garments are fully handmade. Bespoke process including minimum 2 fittings until perfection.
Hojun travels to Bangkok every 4 months.
